7. The Release Date

Since NBA 2K16, the basketball series has always been released on a September date. 2K16 was on 29 September, 2K17 on 20 September, 2K18 on 19 September, 2K19 on 11 September, 2K20 on 6 September, and 2K21 on 4 September.

NBA 2K22, meanwhile, will release on Friday, 10 September. It appears as if this release date is for all consoles.
